If you have Audio Capture always toggled on, it will record as soon as it hears any audible words.

People use Rewind differently, but we recommend having Screen Capture always toggled on and Audio Capture off unless there is a meeting.

If you haven't already, click on the Rewind icon in the menu bar (upper right hand corner of your Mac) > Settings > Meetings to change your meeting options and follow these steps to sync your calendar.
