Although there is no way to change the level of detail directly in the summary, you can use Ask Rewind to elaborate / interact with any transcript. Click on the Rewind icon in the menu bar (upper right hand corner of your Mac) > Ask Rewind or use the shortcut ⌘ + ⇧ + /. Try using a prompt like: "What were the action items from Daily Standup meeting today?"
