To sync with Outlook, first download the Outlook App on your Mac.
Add your Outlook calendar to your Mac, and then sync it to Rewind.
Click on the Rewind icon in the menu bar (upper right hand corner of your Mac) > Settings > Meetings
Click on Manage
Your Outlook calendar should show up on the list, make sure it's checkmarked
Then you can change your 'default' mail reader in Rewind.
