We recommend not uninstalling/re-installing until you have connected with us. If you are running into any issues with Rewind, please follow our troubleshooting directions here.
If for any reason you need to delete Rewind, dragging the Rewind.app to the trash bin will not delete all of your existing recordings.
Note: Do not delete the application support directory explicitly or use any third party apps such as CleanMyMac that might delete the app or else your existing recordings will get automatically deleted.
