Drag the "Rewind" application from the "Applications" folder to your trash

Under "System Settings..." search for "Login Items" 

1. Under "Open at Login" click "Rewind" and hit the "-" button (to remove it)
2. Under "Allow in the Background" toggle off "Rewind" (it may also be listed as "SCRIBE AI INC" if you had an older version)

(optional) Open "Terminal" and run: <code>rm ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.rewind.Rewind.plist</code>

2. Quit Rewind
3. Drag the "Rewind" application from the "Applications" folder to your trash
