Why am I not receiving any emails from Rewind?

We send out our product release updates and update our changelog every other week.

If you haven't received emails from us after signing into Rewind for the first time, please follow these steps to ensure you receive our product release updates and other communications.

In Gmail:

  1. Look through your spam/junk folders for emails from "Rewind AI, Inc." and "Rewind Team" or from sender: "[email protected]"

  2. Drag and drop the emails to your "Primary" tab, to ensure that all emails will be delivered

  3. You can also filter the messages

    1. Click on the three dots on the top right corner of the email

    2. Click Filter messages like this

    3. In the top 'From' filter, type in (include the asterisk): *@rewind.ai

    4. Click Create filter

    5. Check the boxes Never send it to Spam and Categorize as

    6. Select the Primary option from the dropdown list next to Categorize as.

    7. Click Create filter

  4. If you're still having trouble locating any emails, please reach us at [email protected]

In Outlook:

  1. Look through your spam/junk folders for emails from "Rewind AI, Inc." and "Rewind Team" or from sender: "[email protected]"

  2. Choose Never Block Sender to ensure that all emails will be delivered

    1. Select the email and click the Home tab in the ribbon menu

    2. Click Junk

    3. Choose Never Block Sender from the drop-down menu
