Signing in to Rewind app for the first time

If you already have a subscription:

  1. For Early Access, Rewind Pro, Rewind Basic users, click on the Rewind Icon in the Menu Bar > Settings > Sign in

    Type in the email associated with your Rewind account. If you are unsure which email you used, search your email for "Rewind AI, Inc.".

  2. Search for the email with the subject line 'Verify your email for Rewind' and click the Verify your email button.

  3. Click on Open "Rewind".

  4. You'll see a pop-up that shows that you're subscribed.

  5. You can manage your subscription at anytime by clicking on the Rewind Icon in the Menu Bar > Settings > Manage subscription. If Rewind does not recognize that you have a subscription, sign out, restart Rewind (quit and re-open), and sign in again. If you are running into any issues, please contact [email protected]

If you don't have a subscription:

  1. If you are out of your free rewinds or your subscription has expired, you will be prompted in the app to Subscribe when you open Rewind.

  2. You can see how many rewinds you have used by clicking on the Rewind Icon in the Menu Bar > Settings
