To capture audio with normal sound quality, change your input microphone from your Mac settings, directions here.

We suggest keeping your Audio Capture off most of the time and sync your calendar, which will prompt you to record audio for meetings only.

Unfortunately the 'fuzzy sound' is expected with all audio recording apps when you try to record because Mac changes the audio quality for the voice isolation. This happens because Bluetooth has two modes. The first mode is for listening to higher-quality audio. The second mode is for both speaking through the microphone and listening to audio. When Bluetooth switches to the second mode, audio quality is reduced until the microphone is no longer in use. You can learn more here.
