When Rewind's Audio Capture is on and your iPhone is nearby, continuity camera may turn on automatically.
To prevent your Mac from recognizing your iPhone as a camera / microphone, turn off Continuity Camera. On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff. Turn off Continuity Camera.
