When you click on the time hovering about the timeline, you have the option to jump to a date and time. When clicking in the calendar, it will bring you to the nearest date that has frames. For example: if you don't have Rewind capturing at all on weekends, picking a day that falls on a weekend will jump to the following Monday (or the next date that Rewind was capturing).
