If Rewind does not recognize that you have a subscription and shows that you are still on the free plan (Rewind Free), sign out, restart Rewind (quit and re-open), and sign in again. If you are running into any issues, please contact [email protected]

With a subscription, you can download Rewind on as many devices as you'd like, but please note that the Rewind data will remain separate / stored locally on each Mac. Make sure to open up the verification email sent to you on the same device that you logged in on. If you'd like to access your Rewind data using multiple Macs, you can move your recording data to an external storage device such as a flash drive. Please send us a message if you are interested in doing so.
