If you would like to store your Rewind data on an HDD/SSD, please reach out to [email protected]. We will share instructions that require the use of the Terminal app and basic shell commands.

If you'd like to backup and restore your data (example: Time Machine), you can do this at any time by accessing your Rewind data here, zipping the folder, and moving it (to the cloud or an external drive). Once you're ready to restore the data, place it back its original folder ~/Library/Application Support before launching Rewind. Note: you cannot merge different Rewind databases into one, so restoring a backup would completely replace whatever was currently in that location.
